MINOT, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Norsk Høstfest Board of Directors announced a promotion that reduces the general Admission tickets to $20, over half the $45 daily festival admission price. Kids under the age of 16 continue to receive free general admission to any day of the festival.

This promotion does not include tickets to the Great Hall entertainers. These tickets, over half off from the original price, are only available at the Norsk Høstfest Box Office (located at the ND State Fair Center) each day of the festival, starting at 3 pm. The offer does not include concert tickets to the Great Hall.

“This allows those working time to enjoy the free stage entertainment, the kid activities at the Familie Fjord, engage with artisans, and partake in the countless Nordic delicacies,” says John Mackner, Norsk Høstfest Board President.

The 46th annual Norsk Høstfest is slated for September 24th through September 27th in Minot.

Half price tickets are only available after 3pm on the day of purchase. The Half Price After 3pm promotion DOES NOT include tickets for the Great Hall.

Norsk Høstfest is held annually in the fall in the N.D. State Fair Center on the North Dakota State Fairgrounds in Minot, ND. The festival was founded in 1978 by the late Chester Reiten and a group of friends who shared his interest in celebrating their Nordic heritage. The festival, now entering its 46th year, has grown into North America’s largest Scandinavian festival with tens of thousands of people attending from all over the world. The festival features world-class entertainment, authentic Scandinavian cuisine, Scandinavian culture on display, and handcrafted Norsk merchandise.
