VALLEY CITY, N.D. (APOC) – Members of The Litas Fargo recently presented APOC with a $2,350 check and donations collected during their first Annual Ride to Rise Against Domestic Violence, held in August. The event, hosted in partnership with Hooligan’s Bar and Grill, aimed to raise awareness and provide vital support for survivors of domestic violence.

In North Dakota alone, 6,334 victims of domestic violence were served last year by 17 advocacy centers. Of those, 81% were women.

APOC is dedicated to providing crisis intervention, advocacy, support, and counseling to victims and survivors of domestic and sexual violence. We thank The Litas Fargo and are honored to have the support of this amazing group of women, whose commitment and compassion help amplify our mission. Together, we rise.
