
MINOT – Minot scored once in each half Saturday in a 2-0 boys soccer win over Jamestown at Duane Carlson Stadium. The Blue Jays have now dropped five matches in a row and have been shut out in three straight matches.
Tayson Solper scored first for the Magicians (5-1-1, 5-1-1 WDA) with just under two minutes to play in the first half. Ethan Hansen added another in the 59th minute.
Evan Harty made three saves in goal for Jamestown (2-5-1, 2-5-0 WDA), who had seven shots on goal.
The Blue Jays will host Century Tuesday at Rotary Field.
