VALLEY CITY, ND (VCSUVikings.com) Valley City State’s Karly Just has earned her first Frontier Conference Women’s Runner of the Week award which was announced today by the conference office.
Caleb Sarsland of Dickinson State was named as the Men’s Runner of the Week.

Karly Just – Valley City State (N.D.) – Senior – LaMoure, N.D.- Just Set school record in 5K for the Vikings in the NCAA Division II meet – Minnesota State-Moorhead Dragon Twilight meet – 17 minutes, 54.8 seconds, placing 7th where she was the top NAIA runner (top 7 runners were from NCAA Division I).
Valley City State will compete at the Blue Hawk Invitational hosted by Dickinson State in Medora, N.D. on Saturday, September 20th.
