LAREDO, TX – Sul Ross State gave Jamestown Jimmies Men’s Soccer its third straight loss Sunday, blanking the Jimmies 3-0 at Dustdevil Field.

Jose Ramos scored in the 40th minute to put the Lobos in the lead, then Diego Uribe improved the lead to 2-0 in the 42nd minute.  Diego Hernandez closed the scoring for Sul Ross in the 53rd minute.

Jamestown (1-3-0) was outshot 9-4 by Sul Ross, including 6-2 on target.  Jimmies’ goalkeeper Valon Ismaili made three saves.

UJ will play its first regular season home match and celebrate Senior Night by hosting St. Cloud State Wednesday at Rollie Greeno Field at Charlotte & Gordon Hansen Stadium.
