VALLEY CITY (NewsDakota)- The Carrington cross country teams took part in the Valley City meet, which had an added component as it was the only meet of the year for Carrington Elementary students to take part in.

The Cardinal youngsters won the meet, which featured seventy runners, as a team as the future looks bright for Head Coaches Josh Kerbaugh and April Hoggarth.

At the varsity level, the Cardinal girls finished fourth amongst Class B teams, with Macy Fiebiger finishing in the top sixty while the Cardinal boys finished 22nd overall with Chayse Steadman pacing the team.

Carrington are next in action on Saturday in Grand Forks.
