VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – On Thursday, October 23rd between 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. a SuperSTAR Supervisor leadership training program will be made available to the public. This free workshop is made possible through the generous sponsorships of Valley City State University, Valley City Eagles Club, Valley City Barnes County Development Corporation, Knights of Columbus, North Dakota Small Business Development Center, Newman Signs, Go Promo, Open Door Center under the auspices of the Jamestown Regional Entrepreneur Center. This special training event will be held in McCarthy Hall, Room 104 at Valley City State University.

The executive coaching will be led by Dr. Beth Triplett, who is the founder of Leadership Dots, the consulting firm where she works to help others build capacity in themselves and their organizations. Whether you’re brand new to supervision or have years of management experience, there’s always room to grow. The way we hire, train, support, and evaluate our staff doesn’t just affect workplace productivity — it impacts real people’s careers and lives.
