BISMARCK – Before Tuesday, there had been a good streak for Jamestown Blue Jays Boys Soccer.  But the WDA leader put a stop to that.

Legacy remained unbeaten in conference with a 2-0 blanking of the Blue Jays at the MDU Resources Community Bowl, stopping Jamestown’s three-game winning streak.

Landon Herr scored both goals for the Sabers (12-1-0, 12-0-0 WDA), tallying in the 19th and 71st minutes for his third and fourth goals of the season.

Goalkeeper Evan Harty made seven saves for the Blue Jays (5-6-1, 5-6-0 WDA).

Jamestown will play again in the capital city on Thursday, this time against Bismarck High.
