BISMARCK – Brennan Wald scored in the 56th minute Thursday and Bismarck High defeated Jamestown Blue Jays Boys Soccer 1-0 at the MDU Resources Community Bowl.

The win vaulted Bismarck (5-5-2, 5-5-2 WDA) past Jamestown (5-7-1, 5-7-0) and Century into fourth and the last playoff spot in the WDA standings.

Evan Harty made two saves in goal for the Blue Jays, who have been shut out in consecutive matches.

Jamestown will play Century in Bismarck on Thursday, October 2.
