Jamestown led 23-21 late in the third set before committing two attack errors for 23-23.  Hammes and Holzer then had successive kills to end the set.

Falk had seven kills in the fourth set where Jamestown led by as many eight before holding off another Mandan rally.

A run of 9-4 had the Blue Jays up 13-10 in the fifth set, with Falk killing twice more.  Then, Mandan ran off five straight kills, including one from Holzer, two by Hammes, one by Aubrey Karsky and the last by Lyles to end the match and give Jamestown its third straight loss.
