VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Valley City Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a vehicle involved in a hit and run incident that occurred on September 24, 2025.
Police Chief Nick Horner said the semi-truck pictured is believed to have struck and damaged a crossing pole at the intersection of 8th Avenue SW and Main Street West.
