Carrington is still near the top in Class A and Medina-Pingree/Buchanan makes the Class B rankings in the final 2025 North Dakota Associated Press Sportscasters & Sportswriters Association volleyball polls, released Thursday.

Carrington, who won the Region 2A regular season title earlier this week, is second in the Class A poll behind 2024 Class B runner-up South Prairie-Max.

Medina-Pingree/Buchanan made the Class B poll for the first time this season.  The Thunder fell to top-ranked Linton/HMB in the District 2 championship match on Tuesday and will play in next week’s Region 1B tournament.

Jamestown received votes, but not enough to make the AA poll, which is again headed by Century, whom Jamestown recently defeated for the Patriots’ only WDA regular season loss.
