HILLSBORO, N.D. (NDHP) – On November 27, 2025, a 2008 Ford F-250 was eastbound on 3rd Street Northeast, commonly referred to as Traill County Road 13, about 8 miles northeast of Hillsboro. The vehicle left the roadway, entered the south ditch, and rolled shortly after 12:01 a.m.

The Highway Patrol said the driver, a 54-year-old female was transported to Sanford Medical Center in Fargo by Sanford AirMed. Her condition has not been released but her injuries are described as serious. She was not wearing a seat belt. The crash remains under investigation by the North Dakota Highway Patrol.
