VALLEY CITY, N.D. (BCSO) –  The Barnes County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO) is notifying the public that a registered sex offender, MICHAEL ELLIS HARDAWAY, is living at 2148 109TH AVE SE, ROGERS, ND. HARDAWAY was assessed as a
HIGH-RISK offender by the North Dakota Sex Offender Risk Assessment Committee. HARDAWAY is a lifetime registrant.

HARDAWAY was born in 1974, is an American Caucasian male, 5’09”, 250 pounds, blue eyes, brown hair.

HARDAWAY was convicted in Burke County, ND in 2015 for Sexual Imposition. HARDAWAY had one victim 16 years of age, with whom he had sexual intercourse with.

HARDAWAY is not wanted by law enforcement at this time and has served the sentence imposed by the court. Any use of this information to threaten, assault or intimidate the offender will result in prosecution.
