JAMESTOWN, N.D. (Chamber) – Members of the Jamestown Area Chamber of Commerce Ambassador Committee and staff
presented the December Customer Service Award to Cole Carpenter with The Arts Center, recognizing his exceptional dedication to customer service. Cole was nominated for going above and beyond to support a student in the After School Arts Program.

His nomination read: “Cole is the primary teacher/coordinator for the After School Arts Program. He has been extremely patient with my daughter who attends the program. On this particular day, she did not realize that she did not have confirmation after school. She does not have a phone, so she walked to the Art Center instead. Cole welcomed her to work on a random project and then coordinated transportation for her to get home as well. He went above and beyond. It is so nice
to know that he is there to look out for the safety and well-being of my daughter as well as instilling a love of art for her. He is incredible.”
