JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Jamestown Police Department wants to notify Jamestown residents regarding a new high risk sex offender who is residing within the city of Jamestown.

Name: 40-year-old Aaron Paul Bever, Address: 302 9 Ave SE, Jamestown, ND 58401, Vehicles: Tan 2005 Chevy Classic ND/748GAJ

Mr. Bever has been assigned a High risk assessment by the North Dakota risk level committee, Office of the Attorney
General.

Offense: Sexual Assault-victim 15 or older. While intoxicated, Bever sexually assaulted a 15-year-old female. Conviction Date: 11/14/2022 in Cass County District Court. Disposition: 5 years; serve 30 months; 144 days credit; 2 years supervised probation.

Offense: 4th Degree Sexual Assault-2 counts. Bever sexually assaulted a 6-year-old girl in an old van that was on his
parents’ property. Bever estimated that he assaulted her approximately 450 times, including making her perform oral sex
on him three times. Conviction Date: 05/13/2003 in Dunn County District Court, Wisconsin. Disposition: 3 years probation; both counts concurrent.

Bever is not wanted by police at this time and has served the sentence imposed by the court. This notification is meant for
public safety and not to increase fear in the community, nor should this information be used to threaten, assault, or intimidate the offender. Attempts to harass, intimidate or threaten these offenders or their families, landlords, or
employers will be turned over for prosecution.
