JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The North American Bison Discovery Center invites the community to visit the Bison Center on Thursday, December 18 from 6-8PM for a special Community Wrapping event, as part of its A Very Bison Christmas celebration.

It may be cold outside, but it’s warm in the Bison Center’s indoor Winter Wonderland forest. All wrapping supplies are provided for this all-ages event. Bring your gifts and wrap them in a festive holiday atmosphere.

This event is free of charge, but registration is encouraged.

“A Very Bison Christmas is our gift to the Jamestown community,” said Ilana Xinos, Executive Director of the North American Bison Discovery Center. “We invite everyone to attend one of our family-friendly holiday events, vote for their favorite tree, and take the opportunity to learn more about our majestic bison.”

Attendees can also explore the museum exhibits, participate in a bison-themed scavenger hunt (complete with prize), and vote for their favorite tree, all of which have been decorated by local community organizations.
