JAMESTOWN, N.D. (JRMC) – The American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) has designated Jamestown Regional Medical Center (JRMC) as a Pathway to Excellence® facility, a national honor that highlights the organization’s commitment to creating a supportive environment where nurses feel empowered, respected and valued. JRMC is the first and only healthcare facility in North Dakota to earn this esteemed designation.
The Pathway designation recognizes healthcare organizations that give nurses a strong voice in patient care, support professional growth and prioritize the well-being of caregivers. When nurses feel supported, they can focus on what matters most: providing safe, high-quality care to patients.

JRMC earned the designation following a comprehensive, two-year application and evaluation process, which included staff surveys measuring workplace culture and nursing satisfaction. The designation requires ongoing evaluation and renewal every four years.
