Joyce Lloyd, 75, Valley City, ND passed away at SMP Health St. Raphael on December 13, 2025. A graveside service will be held in Woodbine Cemetery, Valley City in the spring. The Lerud Mathias Funeral Home is assisting Joyce’s family with arrangements.
