BISMARCK, N.D. (PPR) – When North Dakota Attorney General Drew Wrigley presented his crime stat report earlier this week, he made a special note of the increasing amount of DUI arrests in North Dakota. The report was for the year 2024.
Wrigley says DUIs surged up again that year, with 4,614 arrests. He says the number has been going up for three straight years.
Wrigley says the number was up six-point-six percent over the 2023 numbers.
