BISMARCK – Claire Oswald scored twice Friday as Legacy/Bismarck ended the two-game winning streak of Jamestown Blue Jays Girls Hockey 7-1 at the VFW Sports Center.

Stella Belzer scored the only goal for Jamestown (2-5-0-1, 2-5-0-0 League).

Oswald first scored for Legacy/Bismarck (6-3-0-0, 6-2-0-0) at 12:16 of the first period.

A power play goal by Misty Richardson gave the home team a 2-0 lead only 33 seconds into the second period.

Belzer scored her first this season and fifth as a Blue Jay on the power play at 6:25 of the second.

But Oswald scored a power play goal at 9:50 and Kambree Flemmer added a tally at 11:05 and L/B led 4-1 after two periods.

Alivia Rask, Ainsley Johnson and Reese Kautzman all scored in the third period for Legacy/Bismarck.  Johnson’s goal was shorthanded and Kautzman scored on the power play.

On Saturday, the Blue Jays will meet Dickinson at the West River Ice Center.
