
VALLEY CITY, N.D. (BCSO) – The Barnes County Sheriff’s Office is notifying the public that a sex offender, Joshua Wrigley; also known as Joshua Kilen is living at 402 Out St., Wimbledon, ND. Wrigley was assessed as a HIGH-RISK offender by the North Dakota Sex Offender Risk Assessment Committee. Wrigley is a lifetime registrant.
Wrigley was born in 1994, is a white male, and is 5’09 tall, 230 pounds, blue eyes, brown hair.
Wrigley was convicted in Emmons County, ND District Court in 2014 of Corruption/Solicitation of minor and Gross Sexual Imposition – Sexual Contact. When Wrigley was 19 years old, he had sexual contact with a 15-year-old female on numerous occasions.
Wrigley was convicted in Cascade County Court (Montana) in 2010 of sexual assault. Wrigley had sexual contact with a 10-year-old female and made sexual advances towards her on several occasions. Wrigley was also convicted in Cascade County,
Montana in 2010 of indecent exposure. Wrigley exposed himself at school and masturbated in front of a girl he had trapped in an elevator.
Wrigley was convicted in Cascade County Court (Montana) in 2009 of sexual assault. When Wrigley was 14-years old, he sexually assaulted a 14-year-old female on a school bus. Wrigley pushed the victim down on the seat, grabbed her breasts, touched her private area and “massaged her”. He also tried to make her touch his penis with her hand and tried to unzip her pants.
Wrigley is not wanted by law enforcement at this time and has served the sentence imposed by the court. Any use of this information to threaten, assault, or intimidate the offender will result in prosecution.
