Jay Smith, 62, of Jamestown, ND, passed away early Monday morning, January 12, 2026 at Jamestown Regional Medical Center.

Memorial Service – 2:30 p.m., Saturday, January 17, 2026 at Buffalo City Church, Jamestown, with Pastor Caleb Drahosh officiating. A luncheon will follow the service at the Bunker.
