VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The wrestler of the week for the Hi-Liners is sophomore Owen Hunt. Owen had a fantastic performance at the Central Cass Letterman’s tournament January 9th and 10th in Casselton. Owen was the tournament champion at Heavyweight. The heavyweight bracket consisted of a tough 27 man bracket. Owen pinned all five opponents. Owen was named one of the tournament MVP’s. Owen improved his season record to 21-3 and is currently the #2 ranked Heavyweight in the State. Owen is one of the hardest workers on the wrestling team and is quietly developing into a tremendous leader.
