JAMESTOWN, N.D. (JPD) – The Jamestown Police Department is notifying the public that a registered sex offender, Michael Ellis Hardaway is now living at 505 1st St W in Jamestown. He vehicle is a Blue Dodge Ram 1500 license plate ND/659GBR.
Hardaway was assessed as a HIGH-RISK offender by the North Dakota Sex Offender Risk Assessment Committee. Hardaway is a lifetime registrant.
Hardaway was born in 1974, is an American Caucasian male, 5’09”, 250 pounds, blue eyes, brown hair.
Hardaway was convicted in Burke County, ND in 2015 for Sexual Imposition. He had one victim 16 years of age, with whom he had sexual intercourse with.
Hardaway is not wanted by law enforcement at this time and has served the sentence imposed by the court. Any use of this information to threaten, assault or intimidate the offender will result in prosecution.
