JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Members of the Jamestown Area Chamber of Commerce Ambassador Committee and staff presented the January Customer Service Award to Ben Steinolfson with Dakota Central, recognizing his exceptional dedication to customer service.

Ben was nominated for going above and beyond while assisting with a complex federal grant process. His nomination read: “I’ve been working on an overwhelming federal grant related to enhancing security including security cameras. Ben at Dakota Central has been an incredible support throughout the process. Ben went above and beyond to help me with the application including all the necessary photos and diagrams. Ben is always positive, friendly, and customer-focused. He did more than what was required of him in this situation. Wow! So grateful for Ben.”
