VALLEY CITY, ND  (Ryan Cunningham, NewsDakota.com)  It will be another weekend of home basketball on the road for Valley City State this weekend.

This time, there will be two homes away from home.

Water damage to the floor at the W. E. Osmon Fieldhouse has rendered the floor unplayable, at least for another weekend.  Two weeks ago, the Vikings utilized the Jamestown Civic Center.  Concordia served as home last weekend.

Wahpeton and Moorhead will be the destination games this weekend.

The Vikings will host Dakota State Friday at Ed Werre Arena at the North Dakota State College of Science in Wahpeton Friday.  They will return to Memorial Auditorium at Concordia College on Saturday.

Concordia has an event occupying the gym Friday, which will not allow the Vikings to play there for both dates.

Game times Friday are 5:00 PM for womens play, 7:00 PM for mens play.  The games Saturday will be moved to 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM for women and men, respectively.
