JAMESTOWN – Bismarck controlled both duals in wins Thursday over Jamestown Blue Jays Wrestling at Jerry Meyer Arena.
Bismarck’s girls had nine pins in a 71-6 win over Jamestown, who is now 1-3 in WDA duals. Hope Sjostrom gave the Blue Jays their win at 118 pounds with a pin.
The Demon boys had seven pins in defeating the Blue Jays (0-4 WDA) 63-11. Jamestown did have a win by Cole Anderson on a technical fall at 127 pounds and a pin by Ryker Stoddart at 152 pounds.
Both Jamestown teams will wrestle in road triangulars on Friday. The Blue Jay girls will be in Dickinson and face the Mavericks and Legacy. Jamestown’s boys will face Legacy and Dickinson in Bismarck.
