petition-sign-two-4

JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Following the tragic deaths of Daniel Pollard and Jake Stiles, Jamestown resident Aaron Brown has launched a formal petition on Change.org titled “Two Lives Lost Is Too Many: Demand Safer Intersections in Jamestown.”

The appeal urges the Jamestown City Council and Public Works Department to conduct immediate safety evaluations and install stop signs at high-risk intersections in Jamestown. The petition states that traffic safety must become a “preventative responsibility” rather than a reaction to tragedy, emphasizing that the $80 cost of a sign is incomparable to the loss of a human life.
