VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Peggy Drabus is a U.S. military veteran, mother, and holistic practitioner. She served on active duty for eight years and completed three overseas tours. Like many veterans, she struggled after her tours of service. She was handed endless prescriptions through the VA system and nearly overdosed before realizing she needed a different way to heal. That experience set her on a new path.

Drabus began exploring natural, holistic modalities and discovered how powerful they can be in creating real transformation. Reiki, Integrated Energy Therapy (IET), and Theta Healing gave me tools to reduce stress, release trauma, and feel like myself again. Today, she shares those same tools with others who are seeking relief, clarity, and balance.

Her passion is supporting women and veterans who carry stress, trauma, or burnout — but she welcome’s anyone who is ready to take steps toward their own healing journey. She believes in creating a safe, compassionate space where you can breathe, let go, and find renewal.

Healing runs in my family, too. She said my daughter is the youngest person to be trained in IET, beginning her journey at just 12 years old, she’s 14 now. Together, they dream of a future where children and teens can access holistic support alongside traditional school counselors, so they don’t carry their burdens alone.

Whether you’re struggling with stress, trauma, emotional heaviness, or simply seeking greater balance, Drabus would be honored to walk with you. Her sessions are available virtually or in your home, with flexible packages designed to meet you where you are.
