JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Stutsman County has launched “Citizen Problem Reporter ” to help the county assess non-emergency issues quickly.
According to the Sheriff’s office this new tool simplifies how residents report non-emergency issues and helps bridge the communication gap between the public and various county departments.
Non-emergency issues like graffiti, vandalism, missing or damaged street signs, downed trees or issues in County Parks, presence of noxious weeds can now be easily submitted in just a few steps. Requests are then routed to the appropriate department.
GPS-Accurate Reporting and Photos: Pinpoint exact locations of issues and attach photos to help county staff assess and address issues more efficiently.
Follow the progress of your problem reports or those submitted by other residents from submission, acknowledgement, and resolution.
