VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Valley City Express Wrestling Wrestler of the Week for the week of January 12th, 2026, sponsored by Bitz Tire & Service, is Bentley Jorissen. Bentley came back to Express this year after a year off, and has really been putting in the work. His wrestling jumped levels in the 1st month of practice, and the beginning weeks of January. He is always giving 100% effort, asks questions, answers questions, and is always ready to wrestle, and bot afraid to mix it up. Bentley competed in the Tech Team Tournament in Fargo on January 18th, and was winning his way through his bracket, when he unfortunately suffered a broken elbow. Bentley stayed in good spirits, hardly even cried, and went to the hospital wearing his Express Wrestling singlet. Bentley still comes to practice to watch and support his friends and teammates.
