
JAMESTOWN, N.D. (PPR) – A third Democratic candidate is running for North Dakota’s lone U.S. House seat.
Helene Neville of Jamestown made her announcement at a Democratic party gathering Saturday, February 7th in Bismarck. She’s a traveling nurse who had been coming to the state since 2012, and became a state resident in 2020.
She joins Trygve Hammer of Minot and Vern Thompson of Fargo in the race seeking the Democratic party nomination.
The seat is currently held by Republican Julie Fedorchak who is being challenged for the nomination by Alex Balazs.
