JAMESTOWN, N.D. (Chamber) – Members of the Jamestown Area Chamber of Commerce Ambassador Committee and staff presented the Customer Service Award for February to Jeff Carlson and Julie Orr with Jerry’s Furniture, recognizing their exceptional service and commitment to treating every customer with compassion and respect.

Their nomination read: “I witnessed Jeff and Julie’s exceptional customer service working with a mentally challenged adult when they came in to shop for a new mattress. The whole way they went about the interaction was superb. Jeff was very patient and helped find a floor model that the customer could take home that day. When the time came to pay, Julie helped the individual count out the money and make sure that it was correct. They both had a lot of compassion and respect for someone and made them feel like a very important customer.

The Chamber honors individuals who go above and beyond to provide service that not only meets but exceeds expectations.
