(Chamber) – The Jamestown Area Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors recently presented Northwest Tire with the Business of the Month Award for February for their continued commitment tooutstanding customer service and community support. Northwest Tire was nominated for providing reliable and responsive service, with their nominator sharing: “I woke up to lights flashing on the dashboard of my car, called NW Tire, and as usual, Todd was able to schedule me the same day. Within hours I had a diagnosis and was on my way. I had similar experiences earlier this year when I needed new tires same day. They are always friendly, fast, affordable, and compassionate.”

The Chamber honors businesses that provide exceptional customer service, demonstrate community spirit, and contribute to the positive economic impact of the region. Monthly award winners are also eligible for the Business of the Year Award, to be presented in January 2027.
