
MOORHEAD, MN – Two early wins weren’t enough for Jamestown Jimmies Men’s Wrestling in a 32-9 non-conference dual loss to Concordia Moorhead at Memorial Auditorium on Thursday.
Isaac Ronquillo and Elijah Nose gave the Jimmies (1-9) a great start. At 125, Ronquillo pinned the Cobbers’ Hunter Mars, and at 133, Elijah Nose won by decision and UJ led 9-0.
Concordia didn’t lose again, taking seven straight contested matches followed by a forfeit.
Jamestown will wrestle in an NSIC dual against Northern State Friday in Aberdeen, South Dakota.
