FREMONT, NE – Maddison Andrew scored the game’s only goal in the second period Saturday and Jamestown Jimmies ACHA Division 1 Women’s Hockey used it for a 1-0 win over Lindenwood in the consolation round of the Women’s Midwest Collegiate Hockey Tournament at Sidner Ice Arena.

Andrew’s sixth goal of the season was unassisted at 9:54 of the middle frame.

Jamestown had a shot advantage of 39-18 over Lindenwood.  Madelynne Sylvestre stopped all 18 shots by the Lions for her first career shutout in goal.

UJ will host Minot State on Friday at 7:00 PM at Wilson Arena.
