JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Peterson will host a Cup of Agronomy meeting on Wednesday, March 25, at 10 a.m. at the Fairfield Inn in Jamestown.
The meeting is part of Peterson’s 2026 Cup of Agronomy series and is designed to give area growers a chance to discuss real-world agronomic challenges and what to watch as they plan for the upcoming growing season.
Each event features a Peterson regional agronomist, along with members of the company’s agronomy and product teams. Topics are tailored to what growers in the surrounding region are facing — or expected to face — in 2026 and beyond. Discussions may include disease pressure, insects, weeds, fertility decisions, and weather-related challenges impacting yield.
“These meetings are meant to be practical and interactive,” said Ben Shepherd, Peterson regional agronomist. “Growers are encouraged to bring questions and be part of the conversation.”
Free and open to the public. Lunch provided. For more information about the Cup of Agronomy series or to view the full schedule, visit cupofagronomy.com.
