VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – NDSU Extension, Barnes County is offering Powerful Tools for Caregivers, a free six-week virtual workshop beginning March 16, 2026 from 1:00 to 2:30 p.m.
This program is designed for anyone caring for a spouse, parent, family member, or friend — whether they live at home, in assisted living, or in a nursing facility. Participants will receive a workbook and learn practical strategies to manage stress, improve communication, set boundaries, and care for themselves while caring for others.
