JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – James River Valley Library System and Stutsman County NDSU Extension office will be hosting the 2026 Seed Library Kick-Off event Friday, March 20 at 6:00 pm. The Seed Library Kick-Off will be held at Stutsman County Library, 910 5th St SE, Jamestown.

Join them for a free event for everyone in our community! Learn snail gardening and winter sowing with milk jugs with the NDSU Master Gardeners – and enjoy our free salad bar! Hear from Stutsman County NDSU Extension Agent Ashley Kjellberg as she shares what gleaning is and why it’s such a great thing for our community. Bring a canned vegetable for the food drive to be entered into a prize drawing.
