FARGO, N.D. (AirSho) – The Fargo AirSho is officially coming back. Announced at the International Council of Air Shows (ICAS) annual convention, the United States Air Force Thunderbirds have confirmed their return as headlining performers for the Fargo AirSho on August 21–22, 2027.

Following a record-setting event in 2024, leadership of the Fargo AirSho committee has reactivated to begin planning for what will once again be North Dakota’s largest aviation event. The committee will begin forging partnerships and coordinating logistics to develop a memorable and inspiring experience in the air and on the ground for attendees, aviation enthusiasts, and families throughout the region.

The 2027 Fargo AirSho will hold special significance as it coincides with the 80th Anniversary of the 119th Wing of the North Dakota Air National Guard – The Happy Hooligans—a historic milestone for one of North Dakota’s longest-standing military organizations. The Fargo AirSho will work closely with the ND Air National Guard to recognize and celebrate this anniversary throughout the weekend.

The guiding purpose of the Fargo AirSho remains unchanged, rooted in the mission to entertain, inspire, honor, and support the community. This includes honoring military service members, inspiring future aviators through interactive aviation experiences, and continuing to give back philanthropically across the region.

More announcements, performer additions, volunteer information, vendor participation, and ticketing timelines will be released throughout 2026/2027.
