FARGO, N.D. – Mature neighborhoods across North Dakota and central Minnesota are about to get a big boost as Gate City Bank joins forces with 14 cities on revitalization efforts. Beginning March 16, local homeowners can apply for below-market interest rate loans from $10,000 to $100,000 to make repairs and home improvements.

Qualifying projects for the bank’s home improvement programs range from patio additions and new garages to safety repairs like furnace replacements and accessibility adjustments. Funds may also be used to address code and structural corrections, energy improvements and general property upgrades.
