VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Valley City Public Works Director Clint Klemisch said emergency routes have been cleared around the clock starting at 10pm Friday Night. He said crews started clearing the downtown area at 6am Saturday morning.  Downtown snow removal continues through the day Saturday.  Emergency routes will be reevaluated and cleared again if needed, and residential snow removal began in the southeast section of town. Residential snow removal will continue moving clockwise throughout all the quadrants of town until 6pm Saturday and plows will park.

Residential snow removal will resume at 6am Sunday, and continue through the day. Alleys will NOT be cleared due to the soft gravel conditions.
