ELLENDALE, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Dickey County Emergency Manager and 9-1-1 coordinator Charlie Russell said the Dickey County board of commissioners issued a burn ban plan for the county until further notice.

Russell said we are in a Very High fire index so please no burning today.
