JAMESTOWN, N.D. (JRMC) – Jamestown Regional Medical Center (JRMC) celebrated National Hospital Week from May 10-16. The nationwide observance is held annually over the second full week of May and provides the medical center an extra opportunity to honor and thank employees. This year’s theme at JRMC was “Healing Happens Here,” with each day of the week highlighting a different aspect of employee health and wellness.
Throughout the celebration, JRMC dedicated days to mental and emotional well-being, physical health and employee support and connection. It hosted daily activities aligned with the wellness-focused theme, including games and activities, treats, movie passes and employee giveaways.
JRMC recognizes that accomplishing its purpose — to exceed expectations and be the difference in the lives of its community — relies on the unique contributions of each team member. During National Hospital Week, the medical center aims to acknowledge every team member and role for their dedication to excellence.
“Celebrating Hospital Week at JRMC is a special time to pause and truly appreciate one another,” said Jillian Hildebrandt, clinical support manager and head of the Hospital Week subcommittee. “It reflects the heart of our culture — where every team member is seen, valued and recognized for the compassion, dedication, teamwork and difference they make each and every day.”
