D.C. (NewsDakota.com) – It was announced today that the North Dakota Housing and Urban Development has awarded 15 grants totaling $2.1 million to several housing authorities in the state.

The funds were made available through HUD’s Capital Fund program and supports management improvements and modernization of public housing. Several area housing authorities were recipients of some of the funds, including Barnes County, Emmons County and McIntosh County.
