N.D (NewsDakota.com) – Several University of Jamestown students will be spending three weeks in Italy this May as part of a course study overseas.
Junior Emma Thompson and Sophomore Alexis Young are two students who will be participating in the oversea education. Alexis stated that the class would allow students to study several topics.
Thompson says this study abroad program will differ from others provided at the University.
Dr. Deborah Piscitiello, Dr. Stephen Reed and Dr. Alexandru Lefter will be traveling with the students and will stay in an apartment building purchased by the school, where students will live for the three week course.
Thompson says all three professors will focus on different topics and students will apply them in real life situations while in Cagli, Italy.
The trip will cost $3,791 per student.
