N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Jamestown Police Department is warning residents of a new convicted sex offender residing within the city of Jamestown.

43 year-old Bradley Wills currently resides at 102 4th Avenue SW in Jamestown. He is 5’9″, 180 lbs with blue eyes and brown hair. Wills was charged in 2004 when he chatted with a female online, whom he believed to be 14 years-old. Wills wanted to meet at a location in Bismarck and perform oral sex and have sexual intercourse with the 14 year-old. Wills was arrested when he went to meet the victim.

Wills was charged again  in 2006 when he entered a chat room and had a sexual chat with an adult female posing as a 15 year-old girl. The woman told Wills several times she was 15; however, Wills insisted on meeting the girl. Police obtained webcam photos of Wills that he had sent to the woman and was arrested for luring a minor by computer.

Mr. Wills is not currently wanted at this time and has served the sentence imposed by the court. This notification is meant for public safety only and should not increase fear in the community. Any attempts to harass, intimidate or threaten an offender will be turned over for prosecution.
