OAKES (NewsDakota.com) The Oakes Public School started the 2017-18 academic year Wednesday.
The most notable change going into this school year in the High School is the adaptation of a “Flex-Mod” schedule; something unique to North Dakota education, as only Oakes and Bismarck Legacy use such a format.
KDDR’s “Metko In The Morning’ was on the air between 9 a.m. and noon, and talked with dignitaries as well as gave out prize packages to two lucky students.
