ST. PAUL, MN (USACE) – The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers St. Paul District will hold a public scoping meeting on its Lake Ashtabula master plan.

The public meeting is set for Tuesday, December 11, from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Valley City Fire Department located at 241 3rd Avenue NE in Valley City.
